Integrated supply chain logistics services are JINGDONG Logistics’ core business. At present, JINGDONG Logistics focuses primarily on six sectors: fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, home appliances and furniture, 3C products, automotive, and fresh produce. It provides customers with integrated supply chain solutions and logistics services that help optimise inventory management, reduce operating costs, allocate internal resources more efficiently, and unlock new growth. JINGDONG Logistics has built six highly coordinated networks: a warehousing network, an integrated transportation network, a last-mile delivery network, a bulky-item logistics network, a cold-chain logistics network, and a cross-border logistics network. These networks are digitally enabled, extensive in coverage, and flexible. As of June 30, 2026, including cloud warehouses operated by third-party warehouse owners, JINGDONG Logistics operates more than 3,600 warehouses with a total managed area exceeding 34 million square metres. Its services cover virtually all regions, cities, towns, and population centres in China. JINGDONG Logistics has not only fostered trust between e-commerce platforms and consumers in China, but has also redefined logistics service standards through time-definite products such as “211 Time-Definite Delivery” and door-to-door services, sustaining a customer experience that leads the industry.
In the first half of this year, JINGDONG Logistics became the first in the industry to introduce a “robot ambulance,” providing professional repair and maintenance services for cutting-edge humanoid robots, quadruped robots, AI companion robots, and other robotics products. It also further launched JoyRobocare robot repair services in Europe, establishing robot repair centres in Bedford, the United Kingdom, and Duisburg, Germany, among other locations. The “robot ambulance” on-site service covers major cities in multiple countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the Netherlands, and will be gradually expanded to more countries and regions in the future.
Meanwhile, JINGDONG Logistics’ overseas warehouses now cover 26 countries and regions, with their total managed warehouse area exceeding 2 million square metres. Through the leading application of automation equipment, upgrades to inventory management systems, and optimised operating processes, JINGDONG Logistics provides high-quality, efficient, integrated supply chain logistics services to customers worldwide. With overseas warehouses at the core, it is also accelerating express logistics services in the United States, Europe, Oceania, Southeast Asia, and other markets. JoyExpress, JINGDONG Logistics’ proprietary express delivery brand, continues to strengthen its network in multiple European countries, including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, providing strong support for the expansion of Joybuy, JINGDONG’s retail business in Europe.
