A published writer and conference speaker, he is the author of the widely acclaimed Oxford Dictionary of Marketing which is currently onto its 4th edition. Charles is also currently working on a book on market segmentation for Kogan Page.
With more than 35 years of experience working in international companies in the USA, Europe and Asia, Charles has specialised in professional services marketing, global brand and image development, digital marketing, communications as well as international business development and strategy.
Charles will be sharing the methods, challenges and rewards of developing a global brand in the professional services sector. He will illustrate this by using case studies from companies he has been involved with such as Accenture and JLL.
