The Group is implementing a “4+4+X” business structure alongside a “Four Modernisations” transformation focused on modernisation, technologisation, digitalisation, and internationalisation. Its four cornerstone segments comprise modern TCM, chemical pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical distribution, and natural beverages, while four growth segments, namely bio-innovation, consumer health, diagnostic equipment, and agricultural technology, are positioned to drive future expansion. Caizhilin Pharmaceutical utilises biotechnology, such as fermentation liquid, in school-enterprise cooperation to empower deep processing of agricultural products. In 2025, GPC Baiyunshan, together with Wanglaoji, donated HKD5 million to support disaster relief efforts in Hong Kong, underscoring its ongoing commitment to social responsibility.
