Jovana is a Research Director for Brand Finance North America, where she leads market research studies for brands in B2B and B2C corporations. Jovana helps clients turn data into insights, and insights into action.
She has a decade of experience working as both a research consultant and statistician for technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and energy sectors. Jovana has widespread expertise in qualitative and quantitative market research studies specializing in brand strategy, consumer behavior, concept testing, and new product development.
Jovana also spent a decade working as a college professor, teaching business and marketing classes which included: Consumer Behavior, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship, and Interpersonal Dynamics in the Workplace. She thoroughly enjoyed teaching and serving her campus community on the Achieving the Dream Committee.
Jovana holds a degree in mathematics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Tampa.
