This technology uses specially modified rubber, nano ultra-fine white carbon black, and efficient coupling bridge materials to achieve an ultra-low rolling resistance formulation design.

In terms of profile and structural design, leveraging on the “GITI CATIA” intelligent design platform and the “GITI ISOM” simulation optimization platform, rolling resistance simulation technology is used to predict the tire rolling resistance performance, followed by a design parameter optimization technology being employed to make the most of the profile and structure of the tires produced. This minimizes the weight and energy loss of the entire tire structure, thereby reducing tire rolling resistance, improving vehicle fuel efficiency, and lowering carbon emissions, collectively.
