Join us at Brand Finance’s Global Soft Power Summit 2024, inaugurating the next iteration of the Global Soft Power Index, to explore the role of Soft Power in international relations and business. We are delighted to announce The Rt Hon Sir John Major KG CH, Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, as our keynote speaker.
This year, we will focus specifically on the future of the global economy and the role of Soft Power in attracting tomorrow’s investment, trade, talent, and tourism. How can nation brand leaders leverage Soft Power to answer the demands of tomorrow in each of these fields?
Following the publication of four iterations of the Global Soft Power Index – the world’s most comprehensive study on perceptions of nation brands, Brand Finance is now working on the fifth year of research. Based on a global survey of 150,000+ respondents in 100+ markets, the Index will rank all 193 member states of the United Nations for the first time.
The Summit will take place over the course of two days at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London:
- Wednesday, 28th February - Workshops led by nation brand leaders, available in-person only
- Thursday, 29th February - all-day Conference hosted as a hybrid event, with delegates able to join in-person or watch a live stream online
The Summit will also unveil the findings of additional new research identifying the best nations in investment, trade, talent, and tourism attraction. An Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, 28th February will celebrate the winners. Panel Discussions dedicated to each of these fields on Thursday, 29th February will explore the research findings in more detail and showcase best practices from nation brand leaders across the globe.
