Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) ranks 26th in the Hotels 50 2026 ranking with a brand value of USD526 million. What do you see as the key factors underpinning the brand's relevance in Singapore's competitive hospitality market, and where is that momentum coming from today?

Millennium Hotels & Resorts' continued relevance is built on the strength of our Singaporean heritage and our ability to evolve with the changing expectations of today's travellers. As a homegrown hospitality company, we've been shaped by Singapore's reputation for trust, service excellence and innovation, qualities that continue to define our brands as we grow globally.

Today's travellers seek more than a hotel stay; they want experiences that feel authentic, personalised and connected to the destination. Our focus is on building brands that create meaningful guest relationships, whether through distinctive experiences, thoughtful storytelling or more personalised engagement across every touchpoint.

That momentum is strengthened by our diversified brand portfolio, which allows each brand to serve a clear traveller need while reinforcing the credibility of the Millennium Hotels & Resorts name. Together with MyMillennium and our growing digital ecosystem, we're creating deeper guest connections that strengthen loyalty, encourage direct engagement and build long -term brand equity.

The MyMillennium loyalty programme now reaches more than four million members globally. What role do you see MyMillennium playing in strengthening guest engagement, brand preference, and commercial performance?

MyMillennium is much more than a loyalty programme, it is the foundation of our guest relationship strategy. With more than four million members globally, it enables us to better understand our guests, recognise their preferences and create more personalised experiences throughout their journey with Millennium Hotels & Resorts.

As expectations continue to evolve, loyalty is increasingly built on relevance, recognition and meaningful value. The introduction of our Silver tier has made the programme more accessible, while expanded dining rewards encourage members to engage with our brands beyond hotel stays, creating richer and more frequent touchpoints.

Beyond driving repeat business, MyMillennium strengthens our first-party customer relationships and provides valuable insights that help us personalise communications, refine our marketing and continually enhance the guest experience. As we continue to evolve the programme, our ambition is to create a more connected loyalty ecosystem that deepens brand affinity, strengthens
customer lifetime value and reinforces the long-term value of our brands.
